I was first introduced to the Salon through Groupon or some other group buying site. It was for a wash, cut and blowdry for daughter. I accompnied her there and it was lovely. Another opportunity came up from them for a colour, cut and blowdry so I bought it for myself. I made my appointment and showed up only to find out I could get my colour but Dom wasn't well and wouldn't be coming in I was already mid colour...Ok no problem they'll make note that I have a comp haircut. My colour needed to be done again so I made an appointment for a colour and cut (I'd be paying for the colour) I get a call the evening before my appointment telling me that Dom won't be in but Gerti would which was just fine with me. I show up and the Colourist doesn't. Leah no showed me so I had a cut and now have an appointment elsewhere for my colour. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND RECOMMEND OTHERS NOT TO BOTHER WITH THEM. IT WAS AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME.
